1. Shipping Costs for our physical products (CD / Records / Clothes / Merchandize)
Germany:
- Vorkasse- und Kreditkartenzahlung jeder Artikel: € 7,00 (Porto € 5,00 + Verpackung € 2,00 )
- Lieferzeit ca. 5 bis 10 Tage nach Eingang der Zahlung (oder nach Vereinbarung)
- Für alle Bestellungen über € 100,- übernehmen wir die Portokosten von € 5,00
Europe:

Your right to cancel:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item, for any reason, within two weeks of delivery of a shipment. If you wish to cancel it is sufficient if you send the item back to us within two weeks of the date that the item was delivered to you. We cannot accept cancellations or returns of any textil where the label has been broken or removed.
If an order is cancelled for any reason, Mazooka's only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not effect your statutory rights. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is foulty. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from you at your cost.
